Anchors
Review and correct the points and curves that Fit lines your model up to.
Anchors are the points and curves that Fit lines the base body up to. The app finds a first guess. You review it. A good Fit starts with good Anchors.
What Anchors are
| Kind | Examples |
|---|---|
| Points | Nose tip, navel, elbow, kneecap, heel |
| Curves | Eyelid lines, lip line, jaw, ear rims, collarbones, fingers, toe tips |
| Regions | Face, body, hands, feet. Extra regions for hair, horns and tail |
Joint centres are not pinned. Anchors sit on the surface of your model.
Review Anchors
- Open the Anchors stage. If the models are not installed, press Install models first (see Install and sign in).
- Press Find anchors. The sections ANCHORS, CURVES, REGIONS and CHECK fill in.
- Turn on Show fit points to see them on the model.
- Look for orange points. Orange means the app is unsure. Move the point to the right place, or accept it.
- Click a curve to add a point to it.
- When you are happy, go to Next: Fit.
